Hand-written letter signed "Bonaparte" written by the General Deviau to general Bonaparte First Consul of the French Republic. 3 fructidor and 9 (21st August 1801) ; 1 page in-folio with a stamp of red wax under the signature of Napoleon.
Letter in which the brigade general Deviau demands to the first consul Deviau to remove from the list of immigrants his stepfather Pierre Dumas who was recorded there by accident. Response in the shape of an apostil from the first consul who demands a report from the police authorities.
