Rare and beautiful CHAOUBTI in veined alabaster

It is later decorated with a vertical and rectangular register with a superposition of hieroglyphs. According to the analysis of the hieroglyphic engraving, each symbol is quite accurate but does not correspond to a precise formula. We are therefore faced here with an engraver having reproduced symbols without knowledge of writing.

We can therefore deduce that this cartouche was inscribed in the nineteenth century or may be previously to adorn this work
