This etching was published on the "Gazette des Beaux Arts" (November 1884) to illustrate an article by Ary Renan which commemorated the death of the artist (August 1884).
It is a graphical reproduction of "Under the Viaduct" realized by De Nittis during a trip in London between 1876 and 1880.
